What you’ll do:
Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
Assist in maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area
Provide a helping hand with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
Be the sites 'go-to' for providing information and assistance
Receiving parcels and post
Issuing of visitor badges
Monitoring CCTV
Assist with hospitality event set up
What you bring:
SIA license (or willing to be trained and obtain SIA license)
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key
A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook, Teams)
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to follow process
