This role will manage the enterprise product backlog, prioritizing initiatives and ensuring alignment with Compass UK & Ireland\'s strategic goals.The Head of Enterprise Product will be responsible for:Strategic Alignment: Coordinate product development to align sector needs with enterprise strategy.Product Backlog Management: Oversee and integrate sector-specific requirements into the enterprise product backlog.Cross-Sector Collaboration: Facilitate meetings to ensure scalable, enterprise-wide solutions.Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from users to refine product features and drive improvements.Sprint & Delivery Oversight: Ensure product increments meet both sector and enterprise needs.Governance & Reporting: Provide regular updates on product progress and align with strategic goals.The successful Head of Enterprise Product will:Have 7+ years in product management or enterprise change management, preferably in a multi-sector business.A strong ability to influence and collaborate across all organisational levels.Agile Experience: Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).Be a strategic thinker: Able to balance sector-specific needs with enterprise-wide goals.Have a collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach with a strategic mindset.Possess strong communication skills, capable of driving transformation across diverse teams.
