Position: Retail Operations ManagerSalary: £37,000 per annum Location: Based on site at Scottish Event Campus (SEC)About the Role:We are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee the the efficient and profitable operation of our Retail units within the Live department. This includes managing the sale of liquor and food across various outlets, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, and enhancing the customer experience. The role also involves overseeing retail operations during live events, coordinating staff, inventory, and logistics to meet event-specific demands.
