We are proud of our career progression offer that will allow you to develop your clinical, leadership and preceptorship skills.The Neighbourhood Night Service operates from 20:45 – 07:15, seven days per week.We strongly recommend getting in touch to discuss the role further.You will be a registered staff nurse and have excellent assessment, planning and evaluation skills to deliver clinical care to patients and support our Nursing Assistants overnight.You will clinically coordinate and manage care ensuring that all calls are effectively assessed, triaged, allocated and recorded. You will have an overview of the service as a whole to ensure that patients and staff remain safe and care is appropriate and effective overnight.
