Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint a new Ministry and Leadership Trainee for our Prep School, starting in January 2025. This is a full-time role, working 45 hours per week, including evening and weekend commitments, during term time only. The position is divided into three areas: Chaplaincy Attending weekly Chaplaincy Team meetings for training and encouragement. Speaking at Assemblies and Services (with Support and Training) Boarding House Supporting our Housemasters and Housemistress with the daily lives of our boarding pupils, including during the evening and during free time. Prep School Support Assisting teaching staff within the classroom. Assistant the teaching and coaching staff during PE & Games and supervising pupils during swimming.
