We are seeking a motivated and experienced Band 7 Rotational Wards Pharmacist to join a dynamic pharmacy team in East London. * Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist - Band 7
* Location: London
* Duration: 6 months minimum
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5pm, 30-minute break.
* Start Date: October/November 2024

* Rate of pay: �28- 33ph depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients across various wards.
* Participate in clinical ward rounds, providing expert medication advice to healthcare teams.
* Conduct medication reviews, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines.
* Support the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols.
* Provide education and training to pharmacy and healthcare staff.
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
* Participate in quality improvement projects and contribute to audit activities.
* Support the supervision and training of junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
Requirements and qualifications required for this role:
* Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting, preferably within an acute care environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Postgraduate clinical diploma or equivalent.
* Experience in a rotational pharmacist role.
* Knowledge of NHS policies and procedures.
