The PMO Lead will act as a strategic advisor to the Business Transformation Steering Group, driving change initiatives across the business.As the Enterprise PMO Lead you will be responsible forEstablishing and Leading the PMO: Developing and implementing PMO structure, tools, and governance.Governance & Assurance: Providing oversight on project delivery, monitor KPIs, and report to senior leadership.Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with senior leaders and align PMO activities with business strategy.Change Leadership: Embedding change management principles into all transformation initiatives.Risk Management: Developing frameworks to identify and mitigate risks in transformation projects.The successful Enterprise PMO Lead will haveProven experience in establishing PMO functions and delivering large-scale transformation projects.Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).
