We\'re currently recruiting a dedicated Front Of House Concierge Sia to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a full time basis, contracted to 36 hours per week.As a Front Of House Concierge Sia, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Here\'s what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include:To be the face of the customer at the main entrance points, to meet and greet all in a professional and courteous manner. Car Park Operation and Management Operate Industry Standard integrated security systems (CCTV, Access Control and Alarms)Take responsibility for problems that staff and visitors may have.Respond to requests for assistance as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)Carry out initial investigations and report both verbally and in writing on incidents, suspicious activities, objects and vehicles.Report instances of property at risk of being lost, stolen, damaged or vandalised.Fault reportingEnsure all equipment provided by 14Forty is managed in accordance with procedures laid down in the SOPs.Complete all on site documentation as necessary. Develop relationships with internal and external customers to understand and address their needsComply with site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAsTo ensure all services conducted are compliant to all Company, contractual, legislative, statutory, and local requirementsAbout You:SIA Licence – Front Line Door Supervisor or able to qualify for oneAn organised individual  Excellent Customer Service skills A good working knowledge of the security industryOrganisational SkillsAnalytical Problem solving and Decision-Making skillsInnovation Flexibility a proactive approach to opportunities the ability to develop new ideas that will lead to improvements. Smart and personable character a great communicatorGood educational background and a solid command of written and spoken EnglishComputer Literate specifically with Microsoft Office Flexibility in working hours to include days, evenings and weekends As part of Compass you\'ll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
