As a Surveyor, you will provide expert advice on the valuation, acquisition, and disposal of land and rights across diverse property types. You'll manage client relationships, deliver valuation reports in line with RICS Valuation Standards, and support our Partners while guiding Graduate surveyors. Your role will be pivotal in developing innovative internal systems and processes while ensuring compliance and best practices, making every day uniquely challenging!
Hours of Work: Full-time, permanent role
Surveyor Requirements:
* MRICS accreditation; RICS Registered Valuer preferred
* Proven experience in the property sector
* Strong time management and communication skills, including report writing
* Robust business development mindset with excellent customer service
* Full UK driving licence
