As a Senior Land Referencer, you will deliver robust land referencing services that are pivotal for access to land and statutory applications. Your role encompasses everything from desktop background research and data management to communication with affected parties and leading a small, friendly team. You will take ownership of complex land registry title checks, and assist in producing legally binding documentation while also executing site visits. Your ability to engage with the public and manage client expectations will be key to ensuring project success.
Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent
Senior Land Referencer Requirements:
* Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in geography/planning, or extensive land referencing experience
* Strong knowledge of DCO and CPO processes, and associated land referencing requirements
* Excellent leadership qualities, adept at managing teams and specific workstreams
* Proven stakeholder experience, and strong commercial awareness
* Valid UK driving licence with a willingness to travel
