• Educated to O grade standard
• Level 2 in Modern Horticulture
• A good all-round understanding of all aspects in
horticulture
• 2 years practical gardening experience
● Have a flexible approach to various demands

● A willingness to learn
● Willingness to work outdoors in all weathers
● Suitable to work with children
● A full PVG check will be completed on the successful
candidate
