As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will provide front-line maintenance support to a specific area of our industry-leading plant. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement projects and bringing fresh ideas to the table as we strive for excellence. This position involves significant engagement in planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance, making your role vital to our operations.
Hours of Work:
* Day Mechanical Technician Hours: 08.00 - 16.30 (5 days Monday to Friday) or an alternative 07.00 - 17.00 (4 days Monday to Friday).
* Shift Mechanical Technician Hours: Full Continental 4 on 4 off (06.00 - 18.00 & 18.00 - 06.00).
Mechanical Maintenance Technician Requirements:
* Experienced in manufacturing maintenance.
* Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
* A hands-on individual with a positive, 'can-do' approach to work.
* Ideal for ambitious, resilient, and driven individuals looking to progress in a successful, multi-national organisation.
* Ability to bring fresh perspectives to improve our processes.
Mechanical Maintenance Technician Benefits:
* Expected earnings between �42,000 & �55,000, including shift allowance, overtime, and bonus.
