As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in preparing new and returned devices such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones for our clients' mobile workforce. You will provide telephone support, ensuring our clients' needs are met with exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include tracking deliveries, maintaining high standards of efficiency during production processes, assisting in logistics operations, and resolving customer enquiries-always keeping our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in mind.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
This is an Entry Level role.
Logistics Coordinator Requirements:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Exceptional personal organisational and time-management abilities
* Capacity to manage production line-type repetitive tasks efficiently & input numerical information accurately.
* Willingness to work independently and tackle large workloads in a structured manner
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
