As an Estimator, you will prepare and analyse tenders, ensuring accuracy and profitability for key off-site projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing precise tenders based on specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities.
- Sourcing and evaluating quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Identifying and assessing risks, ambiguities, and qualifications within tenders.
- Contributing to the enhancement of internal systems and staying informed on industry changes.
What we are looking for:
- Possess 5+ years experience in an estimating role, within contracting or specialist sectors.
- A relevant third-level qualification in a related field.
- Expertise in estimating, tendering, pricing, and measuring for construction projects.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office and relevant estimating software.
