Job Title: Vehicle Operator - Class 2 HGV Drivers Required!

The Candidate:
Do you hold a Class 2 HGV drivers' licence with experience of driving vehicles in the region of 3,500kg or trailers weighing up to 750kg with experience of long-distance commutes? The Role:

Working on the night shift as a Vehicle Operator you will be part of a team who are responsible for the usage of several vehicles such as a de-veg unimog, medium & large crane unimog to provide clearance of the railway lines, roadways, utility lines. As a Vehicle Operator, you will play a key role across the Scotland region of putting the vehicle into mobilisation and performing the tasks to a high standard to meet the client's expectations.
As part of your role in the railway sector, you will have the opportunity to gain further qualifications, most notably your PTS competency (Personal Track Safety)

If this sounds exciting, here's what you need to be considered: To join the Vehicle Operator team, you must hold an HGV Class 2 drivers licence (in addition to this, on plant track core and machine operator permissible vehicle) ability to work week days, week nights and weekend nights (10 hour shifts) - ideally you will be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh locally to the depots(s)
Rate of Pay:
Week Days - �25 p/h
Week Nights - �27 p/h
Weekend Nights - �20 p/h.
