As a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our Reward & HRIS team, providing vital support to our Global HR team and ensuring our HR systems maintain impeccable accuracy and reliability. You'll collaborate closely with the Senior Group HRIS Analyst, addressing user queries, conducting audits, supporting annual processes, producing crucial reports, and creating insightful dashboards for the global HR Management Team. Your keen eye for detail and logical problem-solving abilities will be key in developing new functionalities that enhance our HR processes.
Hours of Work: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract (initially for one year), hybrid working, 3 days in office, 2 work from home.
Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong data manipulation skills.
* A detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication skills for building strong working relationships.
* An inquisitive nature and a technical mindset to understand HR systems.
* Experience in or a strong interest in HR data compliance and processes.
