Link3 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 2 Qualified Nursery Assistant / Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Coventry (CV3) . This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about working with young children and is looking for a part-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the daily running of the nursery and assist in delivering high-quality care and education to children in the early years age range.
* Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children to thrive in.
* Support the team in planning and implementing creative activities to enhance children's development.
* Work closely with other staff and parents to ensure the well-being of all children.
Requirements:
* Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* Passionate about child development and supporting young learners.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of safeguarding practices and health & safety regulations.
