As a Project Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial functions of our Maintenance team, managing a substantial yearly budget of over �7 million. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the efficient and cost-effective oversight of our direct labour workforce and subcontract partners, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager to strategies and implement project goals, providing expert analysis and recommendations to optimise operations.
Hours of Work: 40 Hours / Permanent, flexible working
Project Surveyor Requirements:
* Proven experience in surveying within a commercial setting.
* Extensive knowledge of job costing techniques and building procurement methods.
* Degree level qualification in a construction-related field is essential.
* High proficiency in MS applications and familiarity with dynamic repairs systems.
* Access to a car with business insurance for occasional use, complemented by strong self-management and teamwork skills.
