Be part of something greater.AccountabilitiesSupport casual recruitment campaigns, attending careers fayres and local establishmentsManaging recruitment administrationMonitoring Flow (e-learning) completion for all casual workers ahead of racedays and eventsSupporting the delivery of training sessions for casual teamsCreating internal communications documents such as newsletters and briefing sheets for casual teamsReporting on metrics such as completion rates, returners to siteManage the 1711 Social Media platformsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEYou will be experienced in the hospitality industry or similar service industry, with good administration skills and an eye for detail and precision. You will have excellent time management skills as well as self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative and within a team environment.
