Can you bring your shine to Restaurant Associates, here\'s what you need to know: Key Responsibilities; To ensure that the team are delivering the highest level of customer care at all timesTo lead a culture of can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations.To check on daily standards delivered by the hospitality team and communicate all relevant business information, training, and requirements to the team.To place orders with nominated suppliersTo actively gain customer feedback, passing the information onto your line manager.Always look for opportunities to develop service and be committed to continuous improvements.To ensure that you and the team are aware of, and meet the legal and Company requirements for fire, safety, health and hygiene.To ensure the rooms are set-up according to the details on EMS and are ready for service.To liaise with the Head Chef on matters pertaining to service.Handle and store all equipment and cleaning materials carefully, avoiding breakages and waste.To ensure that all cleaning duties as detailed on the weekly schedule.To ensure that all Food Safety records are completed accurately.Responding to customer requests.
