We are on the hunt for a proactive and meticulous QC Inspector to power our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art Distribution Centre in Biggleswade.
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting fashion products to ensure our apparel, footwear and accessories align with our quality requirements before they reach our customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include checking products' workmanship, measurements and appearance to ensure that the construction, colour, trims, branding, and packaging match the specs, and do not fall below the Company's standards. You will be recording your findings in Excel with high accuracy and reporting any quality issues to the Quality Assurance Manager or other senior team members. This role is vital in safeguarding our brands' reputation by ensuring that all products are perfect when they leave our doors.
Hours of Work: full-time role, Mon-Fri 07:30 to 16:15
Quality Control Inspector Requirements:
* Experience with apparel such as manufacturing, tailoring alterations, returns or retail is essential and will be considered highly advantageous.
* Proficient in English with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
* Experienced in using MS Office, especially Excel.
* Physical fitness, as lifting heavy cartons is a regular task.
