As a Junior Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in welcoming visitors and dealing directly with retail customers at our showroom. Join a dedicated team of five in our Corporate Head Office, where you will manage customer transactions, respond to inquiries, handle calls, and assist with in-store events. Your passion for customer interaction will be key as you process paperwork related to bullion transactions, liaise with other departments, and help manage stock levels-all while enjoying the variety and cross-training that this role offers!
Hours of Work: Full-time
Junior Sales Assistant Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the bullion, jewellery, or financial services sector.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various customer types.
* Strong team player, eager to take on additional responsibilities.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and process transactions accurately.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Junior Sales Assistant Benefits:
* Competitive salary ranging from �22,000 to �25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
