What you’ll do:
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person. You can secure your future with a full time permanent position if you can do the following.
You'll be supervising a team of 6 working in a heavy industrialised facility. You and your team will be cleaning surfaces, floors, laboratories, production areas, restrooms, kitchens, office spaces. This is a unique environment with a high level of security.
Supervise the cleaning team
Train new employees on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies
Have an eye for detail
Keep our teams safe, with control of safety, sanitation and training procedures
Escalate any maintenance or repair needs as required
Monitor cleaning supplies and order as necessary
What you bring:
Previous leadership experience is an asset, with an understanding of COSHH and risk assessments associated with cleaning tasks
Ability to lead by example and communicate clearly with the team
Previous experience of working in an industrialised or production facility would be useful as you may be used to this type of environment. Training will be provided
