They should support employee wellness and help build communities.We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Helpdesk Operatorbased inSwindon,who will work inpartnership with a high-profile blue light service organisation to provide excellent customer service to customers and suppliers on the property help desk.Working under the guidance of the Helpdesk Team Leader you will provide support regardingmaintenance/cleaning across buildings on the client’s site and be responsible for the following:Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails in line with the client’s service level agreements.Stakeholder ManagementRelay information to maintenance teams and monitor planned and reactive maintenance performance, identify areas for improvement, and take remedial action for timely task completion.You will ideally have strong customer service experience and ideally some experience in facilities management.
