An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for our energetic, fast-growing business as a Contract Coordinator.

Contract Coordinators will be rewarded with a salary of up to £26,000 dependent on experience.

Responsibilities include:

The role will be split between being based at our client’s premises in Thatcham and being based at our Basingstoke branch depending on business priorities. You will be dealing with the management and welfare of temporary workers. This will include managing their weekly payroll, resolving queries and coaching and supporting their performance 
Establishing and developing strong relationships with the customer 
Identify, assess and select appropriate temporary workers ensuring they match client requirements 
Delivering a high-quality service in line with company values.
