We are actively seeking a Corporate Administrator to join our dynamic team at the Lea Riverside office. This essential role focuses on managing existing accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency and profitability. If you are proactive, customer-oriented, and exude professionalism and enthusiasm, you could be the perfect fit for our team!

Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage invoicing activities for multiple corporate accounts, including resolving invoice queries, and requesting credits.
* Collaborate with the Transport department to ensure service delivery aligns with client SLA standards.
* Act as the first point of contact for high-profile clients, resolving queries swiftly and professionally.
* Actively manage and resolve day-to-day issues for high-profile accounts.
* Serve as the first point of contact for high-profile customers, ensuring a high standard of customer care and prompt resolution of inquiries.
* Collaborate with the Transport, Customer Relations, and Commercial Support Teams to ensure effective execution of service levels.
* Assist Account Managers in managing and supporting high-profile accounts.
* Handle daily service case resolutions.
* Manage customer orders, address invoice and general customer queries, and advise on new or additional services.
* Support the Account Management teams in resolving both internal and external inquiries.
* Perform additional general administrative duties as directed by your line manager.
* Work within a call centre environment, applying excellent communication skills to manage client interactions and support team communications effectively.

Essential Skills/Attributes:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and achieve performance targets.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with individuals at all organisational levels.
* Strong time management and organisational abilities.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Experience using Purgo and NetSuite CRM systems is desirable.
