This role is perfect for a professional looking to combine 40% hands-on culinary expertise with 60% management focus.Key Responsibilities:Efficient Management: Oversee the entire catering contract to ensure consistent, high-quality food and beverage services.Client Relationships: Maintain a positive relationship with the client, communicating regularly to understand their needs and any changes.Team Leadership: Manage, recruit, develop, and train team members.
