We are currently looking for a CNC Milling Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the heart of Penta Precision, where we're on an ambitious path to becoming the engineering company that "everyone wants to work for, and everyone wants to buy from"!
As the CNC Milling Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our Milling Department, providing leadership and guidance to ensure that our team reaches new heights. Your role will involve resolving technical and quality issues promptly, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading team in their development. With your strong focus on quality and efficiency, you will foster an environment that encourages communication, collaboration, and most importantly, a passion for excelling in everything we do.
This role is ideal for an experienced Team Lead looking for their next challenge, or a skilled CNC miller (programmer & setter) eager to advance into a leadership role and play an important part in developing something class leading.
Hours of Work: 41 hours per week. Monday to Thursday between 7:00am and 8:00am to 16:30pm or 17:30pm, Friday between 7:00am and 8:00am to 12.00pm or 13:00pm.
