Seeking a team leader to lead a team of support workers in Witney and/or Grove Do you have experience working in with learning disabilities and planning changing rota’s? The team leader role is open to both full and part time candidates we have opportunity to work at services in Witney and Grove. Do you have experience co-ordinating support worker and respite services? We are looking for someone with a background of providing services in line with CQC regulations. Strong rota planning skills and experience of reviewing care plans. Are you a confident problem solver, creative thinker with excellent communication skills? Your responsibilities: To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead Provide great leadership and day-to-day supervision to a team of support workers. Assist the locality manager in the supervision, coaching and mentoring of the team. Provide direct care and support to the people we support and model best practice. Co-ordinate the daily provision of support and activities for people we support to ensure the delivery of a high quality, responsive and efficient service. You’ll have finances and other resources to manage, along with legal requirements and standards of care to meet.
