team working with our clients based in London.Joining our team at their site in Paddington, you will;•    Own and manage all information and data on the Microsoft account; using this information and data to forecast and provide operational recommendations from trend analysis and marketing•    Assist with putting Marketing campaigns together based on data using Sodexo Retail Ranger and Sodexo nominated Suppliers•    Develop and manage the required analytical tools to enable the assessment of service performance across the contract. •    Be responsible for undertaking, collating and analysing contractual metrics•    Develop and track Governance information, trending and escalations•    Assist with finance and ops team is compiling statistical data and reports for both Sodexo and client•    Support admin team with producing account information•    Consolidate and report on Sodexo benchmarking, either financial or performance related metrics•    Be responsible for engaging with Happy or Not (or equivalent), rolling out additional terminals and collating and reporting on trends in performance.•    Reply to comment cards and all correspondence regarding feedback and ensure Operational Team offer dialogue so responses can be completed  •    Assist with install of SMS text system•    Build, develop and grow strong relationships relationship with senior client representatives; present findings and recommendations for change to ensure a profitable long-term partnership•    Manage, control and deliver the performance analyst services to the agreed specification and service standard required by the contract•    Influence senior team members to deliver quality data and narrative on time on a monthly basis•    Maintain data to enable easy access of up-to-date information at all times•    Work at pace with multiple stakeholders, balancing the needs of Sodexo and Microsoft•    Work across a complex and multilingual environment•    Deliver & adhere to contractual obligations (including metrics & governance) •    Manage multiple data sets, within restricted timelines •    Demonstrate the efficient and effective delivery of contracted services to the Client organisation against the service level agreementYour main assignments will be;Contract Metrics•    Develop, train, implement & consistently deploy the Microsoft contract metrics recording and reporting processes: •    Responsible for undertaking, collating and analysing (understanding and reporting on trends) on:i.    Consumer Experience Surveyii.    Consumer Experience Survey iii.    Customer Perceived Survey iv.    Employee Engagement Survey •    Development of templates and collation of data and information that contribute to the monthly governance meetings at site, country, and regional level.•    Work with the account Subject Matter Experts and Operational leads in each country/region to implement processes to site level (with review mechanism included) •    Proactively track and report monthly site completion of contractual reporting prior to target dates, ensure accuracy and consistency of data•    Develop Sodexo Connections to ensure that future platform upgrades deliver the required reporting improvements including trend analysis and roll up reportingPerformance Management System•    Own Connexions (link into Technology); encourage and educate Microsoft and Sodexo Connexions users on what reports to use and how to interpret data.•    Assist with the implementation of performance management metrics to ensure ‘end to end’ performance monitoring e.g. Lead metric at point of service delivery to Lag metric at contractual governance.Provide feedback with support diagnostics to site leads and Sodexo governance teamOperational Excellence•    Own and manage all information and data on the Microsoft account; using this information and data to forecast and provide operational recommendations from trend analysis.•    Producing contractual, routine and ad-hoc reports from Sodexo, Microsoft and 3rd party companies working with Microsoft system to operationally support the relevant team•    To develop and manage the required analytical tools to enable the assessment of service performance across the contract. •    Developing and tracking Governance information, trending and escalations•    Planning, implementing and executing specific company or data project goals or policiesBusiness Support•    Responsible for the IT representative relationship *2-in-a-box, as part of vested •    Ensure all data is appropriately collected, analysed and presented in appropriate format by:i.    Standardising collection and reporting processesii.    Challenging data sources and verifying atypical data points•    You will provide supplier and Sodexo performance related reports to all stakeholders within the client organisation as well as supporting the wider Sodexo client team to ensure effective delivery of services and management of performance•    Reporting on Sodexo and client Suppliers on a weekly/monthly basis and act as an early warning for any measures that are at risk of failure, highlighting these in a timely manner to the Account Manager•    To run diagnostic reports that identify both site and cross business trends in performance•    To assist site team in analysing poor performance and developing improvement plans•    To provide technical expertise, support and training for the contract metrics processes•    To provide technical support for other specified data that is also used to manage customer or Sodexo business requirements. •    To manage, organise and maintain historical data as required for the contract•    Effectively coordinate deployment projects and their interdependencies•    Manage and resolve risks and issues•    Providing commentary, insight and recommendations as required•    Identifying opportunities for new reporting to support client objectives•    Keeping process documents and process maps up to date•    Regular Quality Assurance of all reporting outputs ensuring full audit trail and visibility of any remedial actions•    Design and contribute to process changes, proposals and risk management registersYour Accountabilities will be;•    Provide contractual reports and ad hoc reports within agreed timeframe •    Deliver demonstrable improvements in asset performance•    Deliver client-specific standard operating procedures•    Provide meaningful and highly informative reports •    Keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, issues and dependencies•    Understand, create and improve data process, using the following systems: Maximo, CSAT, connections, helpdesk, WPEC and employee engagement (in line with STEP)•    To develop standard reporting to support governance and drive CI/decision making•    Creating ways of working across numerous systems to allow for seamless and efficient working practices•    On-time delivery of monthly contractual metrics reports and associated dashboards•    Collation and submission of the monthly governance reports •    Facilitates and ensures consistency in data collection, definitions, analysis and reporting. •    Timely and accurate collation, generation and analysis of business or customer critical data •    Support to SME or service teams for project and specialist work•    Maintain and support a culture of compliance, ethics and integrity •    Support global transformation and innovation process with insight and foresightAbout You Experience and knowledge requirement for this role; Essential•    Excellent oral and written English skills•    Excellent Microsoft and IT platform skills (extensive Power point and XL are a minimum)•    Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders•    Ability to analyse complex data and make decisions•    Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies•    Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and manage complex projects •    Relevant experience within a similar role where gathering, manipulating and analysing data was essential (performance analytics)•    Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills•    Track record of engaging with an experienced operators •    Ability to initiate and support demanding business change programmesDesirable •    Previous experience of working in a large, complex organisation and with a global client team•    Experience of reporting on measurement results and identifying trends•    Experience of building effective working relationships both internally and externally•    Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office•    Good knowledge of reporting systems and Connexions •    Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes, including risk management, budget and resource allocation
