s a Residential Security Assistant in Scunthorpe, no two days are the same, and your actions will directly impact the safety and security of the residents and building. What you’ll do: 


Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security protocols. We also ensure that the safety and environment of our residents are of the utmost priority.
Monitoring of CCTV, access control, and other protective systems
Act as a first-line response to activations, incidents, or fault reporting. 
Log and transfer calls, relay messages, and provide guidance and advice to visitors, clients, contractors, and staff.
To carry out regular patrols throughout the shift.


What you bring:


Ability to interact with staff, residents, consultants, visitors, and management, as well as local police and fire authorities 
Must be over the age of 18
A standard SIA license is needed.
Excellent communication and awareness skills 
Experience working in a similar
Knowledge of security techniques and site and local emergency procedures 
Due to the nature of the site, the premises are residential units that house ex-offenders in the community. This means that this role is subject to a full DBS clearance.

On Average 42 hours per week (Week1 -  48hrs Week2 - 36hrs) 
4 on 4 off nights 8pm-8am
£11.64 per hour
