ient onboardingEnsure SBF prospects receive an excellent onboarding experience.Support the Regional Sales Directors (RSD’s) and be the communication link between sales and operations.Review and agree time critical conditions to ensure completion dates are met.Primary DutiesTo assist the client take on process – ensuring all client accounts are set up accurately and within sanctioned parameters.To ensure that online proposal forms are dealt with, and personal/business searches are conducted in a timely fashion.Having the ability to spot anomalies and call them out.To ensure legal documents are raised diligently as per the sanctioned Credit Committee Minute and executed to deal completion timelines.To develop and maintain good relationships within Sales and Operations and be the conduit between the departments to ensure the client onboarding journey is seamless.When required to assist Account Execs with setting clients up on the core system and to complete any client onboarding checklists including some technical pre-commencement condition analysis.To be a supportive and participative team member ensuring that the duties of team members are effectively carried out in their absence.Liaise with key business introducers who may have influence in certain transactionsKey contributor to the strategic growth of the Onboarding Team.What Do We Need From You?We are open to applications from people with a variety of prior experience as training will be provided. What we need is someone who can demonstrateA meticulous attention to detail, working with accuracy with a range of information.Adaptability and the ability to process several tasks concurrently whilst working
to deadlines.An inquisitive nature as you will need to gather information from various sources.Knowledge of Excel iExcellent levels of communication skills as you will be liaising with clients and internal stakeholders of all levels.
