Understand that our thinking is key to ensuring we transform businesses and lives for the betterNurture an integrated and collaborative approach throughout the lifecycle of a projectHelp, support and inspire the team to create excellent outputs every timeDevelop close, trusting relationships with the senior team and heads of department and work together to turn client opportunities into solutions that will help clients growSet standards for your accounts whilst acting as an ambassador for the businessMaximise revenue from each client and ensure we grow and retain the portfolio of accounts for 999Work with Managing Directors to turn client opportunities into solutions that will help clients grow and contribute to the client-facing proposals that sell in our recommended strategies and solutionsHelp with the development of client targets and strategies, in line with their plans, as well as support the identification of additional opportunities that they could potentially capitalise onDevelop effective internal briefs that provide clear creative direction to teams and work with relevant internal teams to turn briefs into fully-scoped deliverablesHelp, support and inspire the team to create robust thinking and excellent creative and strategic outputs every timeManage the tracking and reporting of project performance to ensure team accountability and quality of deliverablesEfficiently manage all project and campaign budgets, targets and monthly billingsSupport and guide Account Managers through training and mentoring, ensuring their work is of a good quality and the projects are managed efficiently and effectivelyThe Ideal Candidate:Agency experience is essentialKnowledge and understanding of Nine.Nine.Nine lead sectors is desirableYou are an excellent communicator, both written and verbalYou are forward-thinking and proactiveYou are inspirational and motivationalYou have an excellent knowledge of a wide range of techniques, tools and concepts for strategic thinking
