Due to a business divestment project we are currently looking for a Master Data Administrator, to join our friendly team based in Birmingham.  This is a temporary role working on a fixed term contract for up to 12 months.

Main ResponsibilitiesThe Master Data Administrator is responsible for accurate, timely setup and maintenance of supplier data across multiple systems. The focus on validating every request to make sure the integrity of our data. The role is more than just data entry; it’s about building a fortress of data integrity, governance and excellent service for our internal stakeholders.

The Master Data Administrator has responsibility for compliant creation and maintenance of the following master data records;

• Profit centres, Cost centres, General Ledger codes

• Customers 

• Vendors 

• Material Masters

• Purchase Requisition approval workflow data

• Accurate maintenance of master data records in accordance with rules defined by data owners and compliance requirements

• Proactive review and cleanse of master data records

• Routine monthly reporting – tracking of requests against SLAs, audit of changes, duplicate and inactive records
The Ideal CandidateIdeally you will already have at least 2 years experience in a similar role: Experience with processing master data in SAP is desirable, experience working on multiple systems is essential.

• SAP Master Data knowledge and understanding

• O365 - expertise in handling and manipulating data in spreadsheets

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Proactive problem solver
