We have an exciting opportunity for an Instructional Designer & Digital Skills Trainer at HCRG Care Group!

In this position, you'll be responsible for designing, creating, delivering, and evaluating learning and development interventions for both our organisation and external clients. Your focus will be on instructional design and enhancing digital skills within our company, utilising a variety of interventions, digital mediums, and development experiences, you'll ensure that our stakeholders' expectations are not only met but exceeded. This role offers the opportunity to work with virtual classrooms, conduct 1:1 coaching sessions, and spearhead innovative approaches to learning.

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours across the week with a flexible working pattern to suit you. While this role primarily will consist of remote working, occasional visits to our head office in Runcorn will be required.

Main ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:

Leading digital learning projects and overseeing processes and approvals.
Designing diverse digital interventions across subjects.
Cultivating stakeholder relationships to identify needs.
Creating engaging learning activities and resources.
Applying instructional design principles effectively.
Developing interactive multimedia materials for learning.
Delivering digital education for skill development.

The Ideal Candidate

Expert in digital learning interventions, instructional design, and blended learning.
Proficient in instructional design and digital development tools
Basic understanding of HTML and FLASH.
Proven ability to design and deliver diverse learning interventions.
Strong digital skills, capable of training others in Microsoft packages.
Skillful in creating accessible and effective learning content.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experienced in maximizing learning management platforms.
