Croft House has recently undergone a full refurbishment to create 7 Supported Living, self-contained apartments, so this is a fantastic time to join the team as we reopen.
Situated in the tourist area of Torbay, Croft House is in an ideal location for public transport and includes on-site parking.
At Croft House, our Support Workers encourage individuals to lead active lives and get involved in various activities in the home and in the wider community, helping to increase their social skills as well as confidence.
