Offering windscreen repairs, monthly fleet checks, restoration of headlights and scratched vehicle windows to more than 400 national transport fleet customers, national car hire operators, bus and coach operators and franchised car dealers.
We are looking for an Experienced B2B Business Development Manager with an entrepreneurial ambition to grow our market share in line with our business strategy. This role offers the perfect opportunity for career development. You will be supported by an admin team based at our Head Office in Kent.
The role entails managing both new business partnerships and existing ones, alongside overseeing the operational aspects with our field technicians. Your responsibilities will include regular visits to new and existing clients as well as franchisees. You will primarily be field-based but proximity to our Head Office is preferred. The ideal candidate will actively engage with potential and existing customers through various channels such as email marketing, cold calls, follow-up meetings, social media, and blogs, to promote and sell our services nationwide.
The Business Development Manager role will include, but is not limited to:
* Develop and maintain existing relationships with our largest customers
* Develop new business opportunities
* Oversee all aspects of our Franchisee Scheme
Business Development Manager Minimum Requirements:
* Senior Sales Management experience in the B2B market
* Experience in Management of Field Operatives
* Automotive Industry experience preferred.
* Full UK Driving Licence
