Job Introduction                 
We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our Toyota Dealership in Bristol North, Patchway. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 as well as working 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Basic salary of £28,000 with an OTE of £30,000, plus benefits.
You will be directly involved in supplying Toyota parts to the general public, trade customers and our own workshops. This role would perfectly suit a highly – motivated individual with experience and a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service for one of the world’s leading car brands.

Role and Responsibilities

Order Preparation: You will be responsible for pre-picking parts for the workshop job cards, picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock from various enquiries
Sales and Customer Service: Through in-bound and out-bound telephone enquiries, walk in customers, and internet enquiries you will be developing customer relationships through providing good product knowledge and creating an effective first impression
Stock Control: Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished providing a swift service to our workshop and other departments as well as our trade/retail customers
Handles warranty claims processing (relating to parts issues) and completes all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing)

About you

Ideally you will have gained Motor Factor knowledge in a similar role with another franchise or specialist parts company
Confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent
A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed
The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers
