As an Estates Assistant for Sodexo at Royal Stoke University Hospital, you will ensure that our estates are maintained to the highest standards and assist daily operations by delivering minor repairs within your capability. What you’ll do:
Ensure horticultural timetables are respected.
Be a vital part of the facilities and maintenance operation team.
Provide excellent customer service with a dedicated and helpful approach.
Work within the controls and precautions laid out in permit to Work, P Vision PTW system, Method statements and Risk assessments, Both Sodexo and Shell Client
What you bring:
Qualification / Experience in grounds maintenance activities
Excellent attention to detail, plus good communication skills
Full Driving Licence
A level of fitness necessitated by the role.
A can-do attitude and flexible approach to working.
