Hire Controller - Tamworth - Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00 - 42 hours per week

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love helping customers? Join our team as a Hire Controller, where you'll be responsible for processing rental orders and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.

On a day-to-day basis:


Handle all hire enquiries from new and existing customers via phone, email and face to face 
Processing orders on the company software and general administration
Follow up quotations and enquiries
Process orders and work directly with the other departments liaising regularly with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer
Stock takes and additional duties related to the role as required

Strong organisational skills
Good computer literacy in MS Office packages
Strong communication skills both verbally & written
Adaptability
Commitment to learn and develop
Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar customer service or operational role
