Key Responsibilities:Ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for residents and visitors.Managing access control, greeting guests, and providing information.Responding promptly to resident and visitor inquiries and requests. Monitoring and patrolling designated areas for security and safety.Collaborating with building management to address and resolve issues.Completing reports and administrative duties.Upholding the highest standards of customer service.Performing light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and presentable environment.Requirements:Essential: SIA BadgeExperience as a Concierge or in a customer-facing role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
