We are recruiting for a Link Worker who will offer support to people with complex needs including homelessness, drug/alcohol misuse and mental health problems. You will work as part of a small team offering intensive support to ensure that people are able to sustain their tenancies.The successful candidate will support people who can find it difficult to engage with services.
