A great job opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team located in our client’s offices in Thurnscoe. The successful applicant will be working on one of our biggest and most important customer accounts and will be tasked with building strong internal and external relationships with a view to maximising business development opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will deliver service excellence through the management of your own case load of queries, exceptions and associated customer inquiries. You will expertly respond to calls and written communication in a variety of formats including emails, ensuring a first class customer experience.As you will be working with our wider businesses to service this key client requirements you will have excellent interpersonal skills and effectively resolve customer queries.
