You will be responsible for managing and maintaining HR records, processing employee data, and supporting with month-end HR reporting. A key aspect of your role will involve handling general HR queries, directing employees and managers to the appropriate services, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and GDPR regulations.You will also provide essential support for recruitment and vetting processes, assisting with interview assessments, new starter set-ups, and compliance checks. Additionally, you will coordinate HR-related meetings, take minutes during disciplinary proceedings, and oversee the administration of key documents, including absence records, payroll changes, and employee lifecycle data.Your role will require strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
