Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our social media presence. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving engagement, growing our audience's, and amplifying our brand voice across digital platforms. This role combines strategy, content creation, and analytics to deliver impactful social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Social Media Strategy & Planning:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
* Research and stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
* Content Creation & Management:
* Create and curate high-quality, engaging content including posts, videos, graphics, and stories for various social media channels.
* Maintain a consistent posting schedule to keep audiences engaged.
* Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other team members to ensure content aligns with brand identity.
* Community Engagement:
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms to foster community engagement.
* Proactively build relationships with followers and influencers to enhance brand reach and loyalty.
* Campaign Management:
* Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, events, or key business initiatives.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of campaigns.
* Analytics & Reporting:
* Track and analyze performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
* Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights to improve social media effectiveness.
* Platform Management:
* Manage multiple social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
* Ensure profiles are up-to-date with accurate information and branding.
* Paid Social Media Advertising:
* Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns, including boosting posts and running targeted ads.
* Monitor ad performance and optimize for better ROI.
* Collaboration:
* Partner with marketing, PR, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall business strategies.
* Liaise with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specific projects.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
