We are currently seeking to recruit a Supervisory Assistant to join our existing lunchtime team.

Our Supervisory Assistants are responsible for supervising children in the dining hall whilst they eat and for thoroughly cleaning the dining hall during and after the lunchtime service.  They are also responsible for supervising and engaging with pupils outside during the lunch break, ensuring a safe environment where their developmental and welfare needs are met.
Who are we looking for?We are looking for someone:

• Enthusiastic and reliable.

• With experience of working with children and managing behaviour.

• Who will enhance the children’s enjoyment of lunchtime.

• Who will be prepared to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in and around the dining areas. 

• With good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
