We’re hiring a locality manager across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Are you looking to develop your career in social care? As a locality manager you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our high standards are met. This is a temporary position for up to 12 months with the potential to become permanent subject to review. Experience of budgeting and managing a budget Be able to provide leadership and support to staff. Relevant management qualification (e.g. NVQ4, RMA or Registered Professional) Level 3 Diploma in health and social care Someone with a full driving licence and be able and willing to use your own vehicle on business for which mileage expenses will be paid. Be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of their services ensuring Brandon Trust’s continued compliance with relevant legislation. The role requires registration with CQC you will be responsible for the compliance of the regulations applicable to the Registered Manager’s role under the Health and Social Care Act 2008. Offer direction, support and advice to your teams and coach them to develop new skills. Managing financial and other resources effectively in-line with budgetary constraints.
