We’re hiring a locality manager across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Are you looking to develop your career in social care?  Your skills and experience working in care could be a great match for our locality manager role.   Delivering excellent quality and outcomes for the people we support in our supported living settings, is at the heart of everything we do. As a locality manager you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our high standards are met.  You’ll have the autonomy to be creative and develop location to meet individual outcomes and be part of a strong, motivated team of locality managers.  This is a temporary position for up to 12 months with the potential to become permanent subject to review. The closing date is 4th October and interviews will be arranged for the 21st and 22nd October. You can also access a range of financial support and advice, as well as save directly from your earnings.  Shopping discounts including Blue Light card, EE perks and Costco membership   Successfully &recommend a friend& to join us and you&ll receive a thank-you payment   Access to wellbeing helplines.   Health Cash Plan  We’re looking for:  Experience working and supporting people with a learning disability  An understanding and commitment to person centred planning and practice.  Experience of budgeting and managing a budget  Be able to provide leadership and support to staff.  Relevant management qualification (e.g. NVQ4, RMA or Registered Professional)  Level 3 Diploma in health and social care  Someone with a full driving licence and be able and willing to use your own vehicle on business for which mileage expenses will be paid.  Your responsibilities:  To empower the people, we support to live the lives they want to lead  Have the autonomy to be creative and develop support settings to meet individual outcomes   Committed to personalised support that promotes individual choice which sits within the principles of citizenship.  Be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of their services ensuring Brandon Trust’s continued compliance with relevant legislation.  The role requires registration with CQC you will be responsible for the compliance of the regulations applicable to the Registered Manager’s role under the Health and Social Care Act 2008.  Offer direction, support and advice to your teams and coach them to develop new skills.  Managing financial and other resources effectively in-line with budgetary constraints.
